#Technically Hiring

The Challenge

Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Scoot faced difficulties in recruiting for specific IT roles. Demand was high for the roles externally and the talent pool was limited. There was hence a need for the recruitment team to come up with a campaign to boost engagement amongst potential candidates.

The Solution

To get closer to our target audience, the #Technically Hiring campaign was born, playing with the words - “Tech” and “Technically”, the team created a series of content from the source itself - getting referral applications, getting hiring managers to talk about the exciting open positions at the organisation, and a series of tech-related projects to highlight the behind-the-scenes of working as an I.T. professional in an aviation company. The campaign successfully attracted potential candidates to apply for the roles at Scoot.
