In 2020, Singapore went through a Circuit Breaker in the months of April, May, and June. A majority of Scoot employees quickly went remote working and we wanted to create a learning culture even during the periods where people cannot meet physically.
The Learning Team at Scoot hence curated a series of online courses and webinars to engage the employees and inculcate a learning culture in work-from-home situations through fun messaging and interactive elements in the communication plans. These are a series of event assets and posters I have created for this project.
This series demonstrates my ability to design internal communication assets that are visually engaging, easy to adapt, and aligned with brand identity, encouraging participation and knowledge-sharing within the organisation.
