During my time at Scoot, I played a key role in shaping the airline’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain top talent. The project involved creating a unified visual and messaging system that communicated Scoot’s culture, values, and unique employee experience. The challenge was to translate abstract HR concepts into engaging, memorable, and relatable content that would resonate with both internal staff and potential candidates.
This project demonstrates my ability to bridge design, HR, and communications, translating abstract values into tangible creative assets that drive both internal culture and external reputation.
